The Ultra 2.0 Master Mandoline comes with numerous accessories. With 6 Julienne combs, its double textured Santoku comb (smooth and wave-like) and its integrated dicing system, a multitude of various cuts is available to you. The textured stainless steel ramp and features a 'Pro Glide' coating with an exceptional sliding effect, even with dry food. The height can be adjusted up to a thickness of 10 mm. There are two caps on the rear fold-down foot for greater strength. It is dishwasher-safe without its blades. The mandoline comes with a stainless steel pusher and slider with rotation control, as well as a long pusher set for long cuts (courgettes, carrots, etc.). It comes with a sharpener and storage box.
